Area of Work

The area of work of Committee is as follows:

• Formulating Annual programme and Political Plans, review then and regulate and monitor them
• Preperation of Administrative and Financial policies, annual budget, propose resource management
• Identify the new areas of work for SIC as per its objectives
• Guiding the working process of centre
• Submitting Annual Report to SAARC Secreteriat
